Walk it with him first thing Friday, find what went wrong together, and have him redo it that day.
Point it out at the Friday huddle so the whole crew learns from it.
The rule only bends for the clock, and Monday leaves all of Friday to get it right. Fixing it yourself after everyone leaves teaches him nothing and hands you a second job. Calling it out at the huddle turns one person's mistake into a show for the crew. Walk it with him and let him redo it.
